Ich hatte einen kleinen Fehler in der Konfiguration von "virtual_mailbox_domains" der fatale Auswirkungen hatte. Der Fehler bewirkte, dass keine Domain aus der Datenbank aufgelöst werden konnte und daher jeder Sende- oder Empfangsversuch einer Mail mit "Relay access denied" unterbunden wurde. Fehler lag am übergebenen Wert im SQL-Query. Statt "%d" muss "%s" benutzt werden. Fehler wurde korrigiert.
